Held weekly - Fridays 4:00 - 5:30
- In this class students explore a wide variety of materials, processes, art history and culture.
- The objective of this class is to expose the students to many different materials and styles and allow them the freedom to get creative. Activities are also designed to guide students into developing their understanding of key fundamentals like proportion, color and composition.
- Past activities include illustration, coil pots, mosaics, self-portraits, felt-making, papier mache, printmaking watercolors, and weaving, to highlight a few.
AGES 10 - 13 ART CLASSES
Held weekly - Saturdays 9:30 - 11:00
- In this class students will experiment with various materials and processes found in fine art and craft traditions.
- An emphasis is placed on discovering different processes and approaches to each project and on developing each students drawing and composition skills.
AGES 14 and up ART CLASSES (click here to check out student projects)
Held weekly - Saturdays 11:30 - 1:00
- This class will allow students to explore materials and processes in both 2-D and 3-D forms. Activities are based in the fine arts including drawing, painting, collage, sculpture and printmaking.
- An emphasis is placed on concept origination and understanding how to use visual language as effective self-expression.
- Past activities have included self-portraits, watercolor, story illustration, wire and plaster sculpture, and tapestry weaving, among others.
Pricing for classes vary depending on length of activity.
- Ages 6-9 and 10-13 based on $15- per class.
- Ages 14 and up based on $17- per class.

The instructor, Katie Wynne, received her BFA from Umass Dartmouth. She majored in Sculpture and 3-D Studies while also working extensively in drawing, printmaking, painting and weaving.
